Shipping policy

At Red Tag Collective, we work to get your order processed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt, during our normal business days.

Weekend & Holiday Orders

Our offices and shipping department are closed on weekends and recognized holidays. Orders placed after our shipping cutoff on Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed beginning the next business day, typically Monday.

If Monday falls on a recognized holiday, processing will begin on the next available business day.

Delivery Times

Please note that our processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare and ship your order. Carrier transit and delivery times are separate and may vary depending on the shipping service, destination, weather, holidays, or other carrier-related delays.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your package through delivery.
